From Concrete Foundations to Custom Homes
For Jared Kay, building has always been part of life...
He started pouring concrete with his dad at a young age — learning early that precision and pride in the details matter most. That hands-on foundation led him into framing, where he ran framing crews through the early 2000s and developed the craftsmanship that defines Premier today.
After earning his degree in Construction Management, Jared spent nearly a decade (2006–2015) working for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, building and remodeling temples worldwide. Those years strengthened his dedication to quality, communication, and purpose-driven work.
In 2007, Jared and his wife began building spec homes — a side project that quickly grew into a passion. By 2015, they made the leap to focus fully on Premier Constructors, betting on themselves and the belief that quality homes and strong relationships would stand the test of time.
Today, Premier is known for delivering luxury custom homes that blend artistry, integrity, and personal connection — homes that feel as good as they look.
